Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. To request a return, email us at misbahnasir273@gmail.com before sending the item. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sale items, gift cards, personalized products, perishable goods, and certain personal care or hazardous items are non-returnable. EU customers may return eligible orders within 14 days, subject to applicable conditions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may take additional time to process them.
